Step 1. Check that the dates required are available, by clicking on the Availability link on the left.

Step 2. Complete the electronic form below and click Submit. |

| Step 3. We will then send you an e-mail tentatively confirming your booking; at this stage we will also give you the details of how to complete the booking form and where to send it |

Step 4. Complete and sign one of the booking forms at the bottom of this page (either of the forms can be used - the MS Word or RTF documents are easier as they allow for automatic form filling - just tab to the next field). Then send the completed form to us. (Please note that booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received). |

| Step 5. We will send you an e-mail with all the details required, including the link to a Guests-only site which gives more useful information and links. |
